Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Connecticut Residents Only : The salary range for Connecticut residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year.
